During a keynote address at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2009, Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft Corp., announced the availability of the beta version of Windows 7 operating system, plus the availability of the latest version Windows Live, a suite of services and personal communications applications for Windows.
"I'm excited to announce the availability of the beta of Windows 7, which is on track to deliver greater simplicity and reliability to our users," said Steve Ballmer. "Windows 7 and Windows Live are part of an amazing portfolio of consumer technology that is becoming more easier for people to communicate, share and work. "
Starting today, customers of MSDN and TechNet TechBeta can download the beta version of Windows 7, the next-generation operating system from Microsoft for the personal computer (PC). Well I'm nothing like "crushed" and check it and I'm downloading .. hehe I hope the next few weeks to comment on the new things that brings this long-awaited Windows version is now touchscreeen or multitouch ...
